Trip to Majorstuen - Bogstadveien

Yesterday, I went shopping at Majorstuen with Jenna, Hualing, James, Bernice, Alicia, Fiona and Yuan Sheng. It was my first time there. I was there at the courtesy of my neighbour who informed me that there would be a major sales going on at the street - Bogstadveien which is closed twice a year, once at summer and once at fall. And it happens, yesterday was the day so i managed to ask the rest to go together. We followed the crowd and managed to reach there within minutes. The crowd is there. There are many things to be seen and bought there. Some things were really cheap while some which are expensive still to me, may be considered cheap by many others who were there who may perceived it as cheap branded goods. I nearly got a tweety bird jacket for 100 nok = 27 sgd. But i decided not to in the end. Haha.

Boots at 50kr = SGD 14

Leather Gloves at 100Kr = 27 SGD

Scarf at 20kr = SGD 5.50

Slippers at 15kr = 4 SGD

Honey at 135kr (1.15kg) = 36 SGD

Thereafter, we walk blindly and end up taking a tram (first tram ride!!!) and ended up near Oslo S. We then had lunch at a cafe inside a supermarket. I had chicken pizza together with fio and hualing and we shared the cost of 99kr. Ended up paying 33kr which is around 9 SGD. The pizza is huge and very filling for me. Ended up eating only 1.5 slice. Haha. The others had the kebab which is huge and full of filling. It looks and taste delicious too!

It was really a shiok lunch. Consecutive 2 days out for lunch.

Thereafter, we went back and waited for James to cook his Hor Fun which was good as well. Kbox for an hour in Fiona room before returning to my room to sleep. Haha.

Friday - Lunch at Habibi and Grocery Shopping

Had kebabs on Friday at Habibi again before going grocery shopping with jenna, alicia, fiona, yuan sheng, toon, james and bernice.
